How to get your resume screened at Uline Ontario

I applied to Uline’s Customer Service role in Milton and wasn’t selected.

I’m specifically hoping to hear from people who were invited / hired — what background you had, what you emphasized on your resume, and what you think made the difference.

Not looking to vent, genuinely trying to learn.
