Gold Coast Property Market is Cooked

Just saw a 2 bed, 1 bath townhouse in Currumbin waters go for a million dollars wtf. Is Currumbin waters some super nice suburb? I don’t understand how prices continue to soar like this. Will it keep growing? Surely a 2 bed townhouse can’t be worth any more than this?
