My older co worker

She’s always laughs and smiles and gazes at me. Today she is wearing a really hot dress. Shes 45 about 5’3 slim athletic build. Last week she said my smile was perfect and loved it. I want to compliment her back so bad but scared to violate any work conducts considering I am a male. I’m going too anyway today and see where it leads. Hoping I’m not reading too much into it but flirting at work would be a dream come true with her. Planning on lunch plans with her soon since where we work we can take lunch at any time.
