Advice for a beginner trader

2 months ago i decided to begin my trading journey, i began watching tjrs bootcamp to learn basic concepts and i very quickly picked up on stuff like liquidity, fvgs, bos, execution etc but recently i've been getting so burnt out. i have not even got to the point of placing a real trade, i've only been watching videos, finding examples of liq sweep+bos+fvg and backtesting. I just find it strange how i grinded for 2 months grasped so many concepts i would've had no clue about 3 months ago and now suddenly watching his videos literally make me go braindead. i cannot focus or take in any information, i dont know why this is. is it because of me stopping nicotine a week ago? or am i just spending to many late nights up learning? I dont know i just want advice from other traders, my plan is to keep pushing through i understand trading is a long game. and for context iam 15 in gcse year.
