Is there any way to create a solo race in F1 25?

I want to practice on Brazil for a league race but I can’t find any menu option combo that lets me simulate a race on my own. Just looking to drive laps to see how tires hold up with different paces.

I can create a private multiplayer session in F1 world but even if I add bots I need a real player in my lobby to start the race (I think).

Is there a way to do this or am I shit out of luck?
