ESP32 Local Server Not Accessible From 5 GHz WiFi โ Any Way To Bridge 2.4 & 5 GHz?
Hey guys ๐
Iโm doing a small DIY project where an ESP32 is hosting a webpage on my local network. My router has: 2.4 GHz WiFi 5 GHz WiFi LAN (wired)
The ESP32 is connected to the 2.4 GHz band. Devices like laptops and phones connected to 5 GHz canโt access the ESP32 webpage, but devices on LAN and 2.4 GHz can.
So the question is: ๐ Is it possible to bridge both wireless bands so devices on 5 GHz can access the ESP32 server?
Basically, I want devices on both bands to share the same local network and reach the hosted webpage. Any ideas on settings / terms I should look for (AP isolation, VLAN, routing, etc.) or if this depends on router brand?
Thanks!
