Accolades need a serious overhaul

As it is now, it's just micromanagement hell and a prestige sinkhole. Knights are constantly dying or leaving. I'm constantly having to find someone to fill the vacant position. I feel like an HR department employee, not an Emperor. It would be much more fun if they just found their own successors instead. Honestly, the game is much more enjoyable without touching that mechanic.
