I would love a Fallout game set in a northern latitude

I would love a Lost Planet kinda Fallout where you have to deal the winter cold and snow and thaw and freeze on water ponds and ice thickness where if you walk on a frozen vody of water but its not frozen enough you fall through and start freezing unless you got the right gear.

I would love to fight fucking mutated polar bears and moose and seals and mountain goats.

I would love to craft and find winter gear, and do ice fishing and go through areas you can only gr through with snow shoes.

I would love to eat through snow blizzards while fighting some mutated samsquatch.

Alaska would probably be the best option but maybe somewhere in the Colorado Rockies. I would personally prefer somewhere like the Yukon.
