Active Lookout on D! Nina?

Does anybody how A.L. or Lookout Force interact with D! Nina’s canto recall? I have a R! Lelia with atk/spd Waylay and full disarm. Am torn on what to fodder and was wondering how the c skill works with Canto recall.
