Has hiring a web design agency for WordPress been worth it over doing it yourself?

I run a small e-commerce store on WordPress and my old site was a basic theme that looked okay but loaded slow on mobile and didn't convert well at all.

I hired Create Designs to redesign it with custom layouts, better WooCommerce integration, and speed optimizations. The new site looks professional, loads fast, and sales inquiries are up about 30% in a couple months. The design and build turned out solid.

The ongoing thing is tweaking plugins and updates myself to keep everything running smooth.
