Reheating multiple leftovers in an Instant Pot

Looking for a setup to reheat multiple leftovers (2-3) in an Instant Pot at the same time. It's the 6 Qt IP and I'm wondering how well the 3-tier inserts like this one works in practice. Originally what I had in mind was 3 7" stainless steel bowls stacked on top of each other with a cooling rack in between for the bowls to rest on--I'm wondering if reheating in this way would allow too much steam into the contents and make the leftovers too wet.

I came across a detailed review of one of those tiered insert products like above and it said that the bottom containers don't have holes so are sealed and that resulted in the food not reheating quick enough--not sure if that's generally an issue.

I'm not really a big fan of those inserts where there's builtin dividers as it's self-limiting, not as versatile, and don't look as nice if serving in the same steaming vessel.
