No service in F

We flew LAS-SBP last night in F. We had paid for this, so this was not an upgrade or on miles. The flight was in the air a full hour. The FAs provided absolutely no service. No pre-flight beverages or in-flight service. There was no excuse for this such as turbulence. I usually fly UA because LAX and SFO are frequent destinations for me. Those flights are around 30 minutes in the air. Though this is not always the case, I have received pre-flight and in-flight beverages many times. Sometimes it's only one or the other depending on circumstances. So, I just attribute it to laziness. Is it wrong of me to expect this if there is no logical reason why this couldn't be done?
