Community wanted List?

Let’s list the PvP mongers and create a system that forces the perpetrator to have to talk back to the community and make their case. Essentially a registered SO list except for those guys. They’d need a minimum of 30 reports in a 2 week span in order to be added to the registry, and without direct intervention, removal from the registry happens after 2 months on good behavior. If you insist, on being a PvP monger, then just consider your listing as a flex. Hunters collect the mongers, and are encouraged by creating a loot pool of seeds that are given to the hunter that’s equivalent to the monetary value of the registered individual. Anti hunters(people on the list that also actively hunt the list as well) would be very peak.
