Fleeing Domestic Violence with No Money

I am trying to flee but I have nothing. I habe tried loans and can't get on due to credit. Im working but its not enough right now. There are no shelters here (small town). I was trying to wait for my tax refund but im scsred. Is there a way to get the money fast to help me move?
