Payment done but robux not received

I wanted to buy some robux to make myself a new avatar. I watched a new anime and the Roblox avatar were really good from that anime so I simply pressed purchase and the Google play store payment interface popped up. Instead of making any redeem code and adding money to play store balance, I paid directly by Upi. I made the payment but it said that payment had been declined but the money was also gone from my upi app. What should I do now. I can't complete my avatar now 💔
