Looking for Krav Maga Recommendations

Does anyone have any insight on a good place for a woman to learn Krav Maga in Ottawa? Reviews are slim online for the first places coming up so I'd love some input.

For reference, I work as a First Responder and after a close encounter at work I'd like to be able to defend myself better.
