anyone 5 years out of a cervical spine fusion?

Is this normal?

hello all,

I had cervical fusion c4-c7 at 29 years old. not sure what happened but my left aRm went numb and i went to the doctor the next day and 4 days later i was under a knife. the doctor had said i had a neck of a 98 year old. I am now 35 will be 36 soon. I was really good after but throughout the years i always feel like i need a neck and trap massage. I get my injections to ease the knots, I try to stay in the gym 3 times a week and it does help. however, if i am not doing anything for a few days and sit at my computer all day obviously it flares up. Years later, now i am feeling like my lower back and right hip and leg has been bothering me but not to the point of tingles or numbness. just really uncomfortable with it. anyways, I just wanted to know what was everyone's experience years later? I am sure a lot of people went for a second surgery as i heard this is a domino affect if i am not mistaken.
