Exploring SF Neighborhoods Group

Hi! My goal for 2026 is to explore hidden gems and landmarks in every SF neighborhood throughout the year. I know there’s a lot of transplants or new to the Bay folks here so if anyone is interested in joining me, I made a Discord (message me for the link!).

Basically, the idea is to visit at least one food place (coffee shop, bar, or restaurant) and non-food place (park, museum, landmark, library, etc) for each neighborhood. SF officially recognizes 36 neighborhoods, but so many of those neighborhoods recognized overlap or share a general area so I figure I can knock out 2-3 of these neighborhoods a month and have a new spot to visit all 12 months of the year.

I’ll be doing this regardless of if I have a group together or not but figured Id offer for people to join. You don’t have to come to all my outings!
