How to find the right doctor

Hello everyone I’m about to switch rheumatologist again yes again I say because I’m not gonna deal with someone that just shows little to no interest in my care. Lately I’ve been having worsening symptoms of fatigue, joint body pain all over I also work idk how I’m supposed to keep a job being in chronic pain 24/7 which I have also mentioned, low grade fevers ( all infectious diseases ruled out as well as viral) , sweating. It’s to the point I just come home crying everyday because it never stops you’d think you’d get used to it but I don’t. I’m on the lowest dose of plaquenil about 200mg once a day I’ve been on it roughly since beginning of October I know it probably still needs more time but I’m not sure. I tried mentioning I do not feel well at all and am struggling even going to work now because if I do to much I hurt for days and or weeks. He told me to just go to urgent care I’ve been down that run around before. They do nothing and they send you back to your rheumatologist because it’s probably a flare that THEY DONT DEAL WITH. I know steroids are bad but I don’t see how this case isn’t worth looking into a short trial of steroids again as I have not been on any since September.
