None of my achievements are unlocking

So I've been going for F4 100% and it's been fine in this save until now. I played yesterday and got the 100k tickets achievement and stopped for awhile because I need a break after. I saved and left and now I can't unlock any new achievements. In total I've finished the 50 misc quest achievement, the power play achievement, the grand tour achievement, and the home sweet home achievement. The only creations I have are labelled achievement friendly and I have had them this whole playthrough with no issue. Does anybody know what's wrong or what to do? If you need more details, let me know, thanks.
