Listing clothing under the wrong size🫩

I was scrolling on vinted and saw these nice jeans and when I looked at the tag, it’s an eu 40 which is a uk 12. WHY LIST IT UNDER THE SMALL 8-10 THEN??! I hate when people do this and I hate the new vinted sizing anyways
