fireworks, spirals and cuts

it’s the time of the year again, fireworks left and right, my ptsd firing off as fuck, next therapy appt in two weeks, no way to regulate with workouts due to a hernia that i gotta get fixed and the shrapnel in my hip is flaring up hard too.

i’m laying off the alc for a while for the sake of my health but fuck it’s all clear and right there. i’m so fuckin tired of this. sh is the only thing that’s keeping me somewhat in control rn
