There are no such things as false reports.

You report someone throwing, it is because they are outright not contributing to the team. Does not matter if they are new. If they are new, they should not be placed with veterans. If they aren’t new, they should not be placed against and with people outside their skillset. Seeing that Blizzard refuses to fix the matchmaker, it is okay to report people who are throwing. I don’t care if a new person gets banned; it is not my duty to make a balanced team. That is Blizzard’s duty.

So go ahead, report every person who ruins your match. Blizzard doesn’t care that you were not placed in a balanced match, so you keep getting banned from the game because players legitimately think you are throwing, keep on reporting you. Of course, Blizzard COULD tighten the mmr. Something that would increase waiting time. But a 3 or 4 minute wait is deemed undesirable, instead of a good match.

But they won’t.
