Has someone figured out Gourmia's manual yet?

I’m a college kid who somehow won a Gourmia ice cream maker in a campus raffle. Super hyped at first, but wow the manual barely tells you anything. It feels like the instructions stop right when things start getting important. I spent a whole weekend trying to figure out how to get the ice cream churner to work, only to realize I had to piece together tips from random YouTube videos. Once you get the hang of it the machine behaves pretty well, but getting to that point takes way too much trial and error. If you are new to ice cream making like me, prepare for a lot of experimenting before you feel confident.
