3 weeks out from 5meo, what to expect?

I'm going to mexico in a couple weeks to do Ibogaine and the 5me0 is offered and included. I've been so focused on preparing for the Ibogaine that I haven't really put much thought into the 5me0. Is there anything I should know or prepare for beforehand? My biggest goal is dissolvation of my ego. One thing I am worried about is not inhaling deep enough and perhaps not getting the full effects. I've had been bad with that(with smoking weed ect).​
