Ghosted by Lemon Squeezy (12 days) – Best alternative for simple Windows licensing?

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to launch a Windows software (a small .exe). I need a Merchant of Record (MoR) to handle global taxes, but I'm stuck in Lemon Squeezy's validation loop for 12 days now.

They misinterpreted my software as a "manual service" and stopped responding to my emails.

I need a provider that offers:

• True MoR status (VAT/Sales tax handled).
• Simple & effective licensing (issuing and validating keys for a one-time purchase).
• Fast onboarding (I can't wait another 2 weeks).
• Affiliates built-in

Is Paddle the only serious option left, or is anyone using Polar for desktop apps? or any other serious contenders ?
