Will Corsair CX750 be a good enough upgrade over Corsair CV650?

Hi all

I got a pre-build in May 2020 which had an RTX 2060 and a Ryzen 7 2700X. It came with a Corsair CV650.

I recently did some upgrades and now it has an RTX 3070 and a Ryzen 7 5700X. It runs a lot better but if both CPU and GPU go to 100%, the computer shits the bed and all the screens go black.

Half Life Alyx and S&box (both Source 2 titles funnily) guarantee this to happen.

It doesn't reboot itself, you have to do it manually.

I'm told this is due to "transient spikes," and my PSU is actually not good enough.

It looks like I need to upgrade to a 750W PSU. Would a CX750 be a good one, or is there a chance this issue could still happen?

It's the cheapest one for me to get which is reputable looking, but sadly it's still 80 BRONZE. I would like something GOLD but they can cost quite a bit more.
