Transferring tickets

I’m trying to transfer my tickets through stubhub but I think I might’ve messed up I’m wondering if anyone know how ts works. I have one ticket for general admission I listed it on stub hub, I got the ticket through front gate tickets but now that someone has bought the ticket through stub hub there’s no where on frontgate to just transfer it without listing it again. All I can send the person is a picture of the QR code but I have a feeling that’s not going to work. Idk, if anyone knows anything abt these ticket exchange sites pls I am so confused.
