Likelihood of issues

Hello! My daughter is looking at signing up soon but she’s worried about some medical issues in the past. She’s 18 now and has 5 years without issue, however, when she was 12 she was under CAHMS and diagnosed with atypical anorexia. In truth she was unhappy with her weight and was quite drastic in how she handled it. She has successfully sat her GCSEs, and stayed physically and mentally healthy for 5 years now. What issues could she foresee?
