Unofficial property maps

I was doubled minded about asking this because on one hand I understand the issues around prejudice, privacy and safety but on the other it should be something rental and property agents are honest about.

I'm talking about maps that indicate potential issues with neighbors when buying property/renting, issues like: Gang affiliates/Gang pad Frequent parties/noise Drug dealer Aggressive/Confrontational neighbor (Karen's)

Do they not realize that their behavior directly affects property values? Would something like this be allowed or does it infringe on an invasion of privacy?
