So I found this in the Drakeling cache

Now, I'm new to Ark, about 120 hours in and finished the Island just a few days ago and now I'm on scorched earth, Still haven't finished any of the bosses and still exploring.

Back on the island, I felt like unlocking Tek would ruin the rest of the maps, now if I put this in the grinder, would it give me a lot of resources that would allow me to get a Tek replicator? as I feel like everytime I grind something of this quality it gives me WAY too much resources.

and I can't use it because I don't have the engram unlocked for some reason even though it requires 0 Points.

So I'm kinda lost on what to do with it.

Any tips?
