I am so afraid of rejection I never apply for jobs or try dating

Only jobs I got so far were people who approached me (and one time where I was being spammed with ads and decided to apply some for "practice" and one said yes. Ended up regretting it).

Don't even bother with dating apps because it was all silence all the time.

I see all the doom and fear I will never work again.

What do I do?
