When Is The Junk Food Ban Coming To California?

I know that starting in 2026. Eighteen different States are going to be banning Junk Food. Does anyone know what Foods you won't be able to use your EBT Card to buy anymore? I feel so awful for people who will won't be able to buy the foods they with their EBT Cards. It's only a matter of time before this ban hits California as well. I'm so terrified about what's going to happen in 2026. The Big Beautiful Bill is already screwing over a lot of people and it's only going to get worse next year. I bet that the EBT Amounts are also going to be decreasing too if it hasn't already. Has anyone actually read the big beautiful bill? I've tried to find it online but it's no where to be found.
