I am going to tell my mom about my crush on her

I have a big crush on my own mother and part of me wants to admit it to her. I am 27M, I live with my wife of 3 years, weve been together since we were in high school. I love her very much but for as long as ive had sexual feelings ive had a crush on my mom. I watched mom/son porn from early on and just never made any legit moves to make anything happen. We have a great relationship and we are very open when it comes to sexual conversations and jokes so shes not overly sensitive. I am considering telling her that I am going to therapy and that my therapist told me i should confess my feelings to her or send an “accidental” pic which I can say was intended for my wife and she was just in my recents. Shes not married to my dad anymore, shes now remarried. Not really sure what to do, its something ive considered for the last 15 years or so.
