My wife wants to separe from me because I have diarrhea so many times

Hi. My wife has recently told me she wants to separate. At first, it broke my heart; however, this is not the first time she has felt this way. We had a discussion regarding the reasons she wants to separate. She feels: Disrespected Unheard Unseen Undervalued Uncared for I recognise there have been many times I have made her feel upset, annoyed, or—most significantly—disrespected. Looking back, these are some of the events I believe were significant: The Proposal: When I proposed, my family didn't support our marriage. I didn't know how to react, and although my wife (fiancée at the time) offered advice and support, she felt I didn't listen to her. She felt I pushed her feelings aside, ignored her input, and left her feeling neglected and undervalued. Verbal Conflict: I once called her "disgusting" because of how she reacted to an issue with the TV. She was deeply hurt by that comment and did not speak to me for several days.

Lack of Boundaries: Recently, she has been upset by my lack of consideration regarding my hygiene/habits (specifically, farting near her). On one occasion, I did this three times in a row. Even though I tried to move further away each time, the smell lingered, and she could still smell it. She felt that by continuing to do it despite her discomfort, I was being disrespectful and ignoring her requests to stop.
