Bow and Arrow emote reward missing from inventory - is this a known bug?

Hi all! As per the title, I logged on for the first time in a couple weeks today and saw that I achieved a Wildcard 3 rank last season - and a list of rewards.

It included a Bow and Arrow emote, but when I went to equip it it's not in my emotes list.

All the other rank rewards I recieved are in fine, just not that one. My friends also don't have it, and are pretty sure they got the same ranks (we do trials together).

Is this a known bug, or has it been disabled for some reason? Thanks!
