Oil to wood boiler conversion for heating outdoor hot tub - good idea or bad idea?

My latest idea for home improvement is an outdoor DIY hot tub. Would it be straightforward to convert a (modernish) old oil boiler to a wood stove for a standalone hot tub? I would most likely add a pump for the water instead of using whatever is on the boiler, so I basically would just want to reuse the boiler for a firebox and coil.

I switched over from the old oil boiler baseboard heating system to a heat pump a few years ago, and a hot water heater had been installed before that, but I have the completely disconnected oil boiler in the utility room taking up space. It's an emerald by Columbia unit.
