Will cleansing home work if partner and his space is just so overwhelmingly destructive?

I had no idea who to ask this question to. I used to be all about positive energy and taking naps in the woods and just sitting and breathing in my apartment. 5 years ago my partner moved in and he plays video games and has cluttered one of the rooms with all his war hammer figures and cables etc. Ive recently tried to reconnect with myself and the universe because the negative energy in the home is so heavy and I hate being in the home. He was gone for a week and I was able to light incense and meditate without feeling off? If that makes sense. I was just wondering if there is a specific cleanse to rid my partner and his belongings of negative energy? The spaces i frequent are a bit lighter and not as dense but id prefer to do the whole apartment.

Tldr; is there a cleanse designed for partners negative energy impacting the home.
