Anyone else having issues with TMNT shipping?

I got the confirmation for my preorder over a month ago now. Got the tracking information and stuff but it hasn’t shipped yet or anything. I reached out to RG support like a week or so ago said they would contact the warehouse. Still no update on the order and idk what to do. Like, I already got my Shredder vs Krang preorder but still no TMNT
