How do I get Chinese anniversary cards?

So for pokemon I've always been able to get Chinese exclusive cards for cheap simply because I travel to China a lot and have relatives who permanently live there. I saw a Chinese sanji promo coming out in the future, something about "spend 10+ USD in a store to get", how do you guys find out about new cards like that? Any other Chinese cards like that coming out? Anyone know what stores will offer the promotion? I love the cards where sanjis actually cooking and I feel like he doesn't do that enough in the show even though he's a cook lol
