Where to find safe sponges for sponge nursing

I called vets and they had no idea what it even was, a pet pharmacy said to call another place cuz they dont have and they didnt answer, i googled brands i could use and where to buy from but absolutely nothing came up. Pet stores just have the bottles and nipples im already using
