I feel like the dark forest training session thing is getting stale (Outcast Po3)

I feel like recycling Tigerstar luring apprentices to train in the dark forest and now Hawkfrost as his sidekick is sort of growing old.

I’m not even surprised that they’re appearing to cats like Lionpaw anymore because the shock value has kinda been spent. I want new antagonists!

I’m by no means bored with the entire series, I love it and I’m going to keep reading. But it’s getting a little repetitive in my opinion. We’ve just seen this dark forest thing so often (Crookedstar, Brambleclaw, etc) that it feels less of a rare and truly interesting arc and more of a repetitive cycle.

I understand it may also get more interesting. But rn I’m a little spent lol
