What success rate would you expect from offering this to random girls at the bar?

I've never tried to walk to a woman at the bar and introduce her to this. I've mostly tried it with women after we were already touching and they already kinda had my weight on them, so it didn't look like a big jump to something extra.

Also I expect, that after I say it, she will tell to the others, which is scary, but maybe it's the key to actually finding the one who is interested.
