22dpo still a lot of pain

I have an abdominal radical hysterectomy along with testing of lymph nodes before the hysterectomy that was done laparoscopically to see if the cervical cancer had spread. Abdominal incision is healing amazingly with no pain now but my abdomen, upper and lower where incisions from the laparoscopy were done are painful. Not so much the incisions themselves but around. I have massive pain that comes and goes on the left of my abdomen and on the right also but it’s not as bad as the left. I was sleeping on my back but now I can only sleep on my left side or side I’m in immense pain. I see my surgeon next Thursday for my one month post op appointment and I will ask her about that. My main practitioner said it is most likely due to the incisions healing and since it was done through a ton of layers and each layer is healing but when stationary for so long those layers can fuse together and when you move, which is recommended to do often, it essentially rips those apart as it should which then causes pain. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this
