Scared of WW3 happening

Hi this might he stupid but I can’t even go to sleep anymore so I’m just going to post.

Iran officially said they are at war with the US the EU and israel. They say they want to create nukes and blabla and that we are already in WW3 and that it will only get worse.

I realize the world is tense, I realize that the state we are in is a cause for concern but idk I think i have reached my limit. I mean war in the Middle East, war in Russia - Ukraine. America is bombing places or supplying weapons. The EU is strengthening the military and the climate is getting worse. The world is dying and its people are falling apart. I am out of words I am so tired and just so sad. I feel like loosing hope. What do I do ? Im so scared, I’m still young I want to be able to grow up and have a future. It seems so impossible. What now…
