Tiktok isn't letting me log in, even though I have an account.

I've been logged into tiktok for 3 years, and 2 hours ago, it logged me out when i refereshed the page. Every time i logged in, it remained logged out of my account. Its saying my account isnt registered, but it still says logged in, and even has me logged in at the support center. Is there anything I can do at all?
