kitten keeps stealing food from her sister

General

i know this is a topic thats been so relevant and highly discussed over here, but im in such a loss because nothing is working.

im a parent of two nearly 6 month old kittens, biscuit and astra. they're both a healthy weight and seem to be growing in the same pace, both of them weighing about two and a half kilos the last time they were weighed.

problem is that while they're both completely healthy, astra is a grazer and prefers taking her time while eating a meal. she will come and go during meal time, which sometimes takes her more time than necessary, but she has a normal appetite. biscuit is a demon, she loves stealing food from astra, even while theyre both eating at the same time. she eats way faster than astra, hoovering her meal (especially wet food) and will go on to nudge her way to astra's bowl too. that makes astra step away and eventually give up, and when i hold biscuit away to relax her she still won't go and finish her meal.

we've tried feeding them in separate locations, but they're so attached that it failed every single time, miserably. i usually sit by their feeding station while they're eating wet food because thats when the real problem comes out, but lately astra has been getting more and more tired of her sister's antics and my meddling. i think she likes quieter times to eat, as she likes finishing her meal when biscuit is asleep or when im away, but i cant do much about that when biscuit hates being separated from her.

we've always had a set schedule of meal times since they're kittens, even if they leave some food to snack on during the day. i dont see a reason to withhold their dry meals from them, as they dont really steal from each other during those times.

what do you do when one cat steals wet food, so much so that the other cat has become almost completely uninterested to it at this point?
