I am fkin stupid . Got scammed in India

i matched with her on tinder and i generally move to other platform for ease of communication. Now she has my face with my thing as ss and video. They also have my followers and friends from fb. I paid a good amount after they sent the pic that they are sending the video but now they are asking for more and i blocked them. I am shit scared, shoud i pray or die. i dunno what to do in these situations
