Frederick’s Scarborough and Best Hakka in Scarborough?

Who has tried Frederick’s Scarborough and Best Hakka in Scarborough? Which place do you prefer and why? I’m looking for Chinese Hakka because the spices are different than other types.

I haven’t had Frederick’s years from either location, but the Scarborough location had good chilli chicken. Many restaurants in general have gone downhill in the city when it comes to taste, quality and service, while prices keep soaring.
