Weired ATC Panel Resolution

Hello. I have 3 Monitors.

1x 40``

2x27``

When I open the ATC panel and move it to a 27`` Monitor I have a weired resolution.

The First Prcture is the Main screen 40`` the 2nd one ist the 27.
